Rising Risk Professionals
The Ontario Risk and Insurance Management Society (ORIMS) Rising Risk Professional network is a community of newer-to-the-industry insurance and risk management professionals focused on networking and professional development.
Newer-to the insurance and risk industry can be anyone, however ORIMS RRP events and activities are targeted to those with less than 7 years of experience. The ORIMS RRP network is free to join – most events are free and some low cost.

ORIMS RRP network communications are sent out through the ORIMS RRP LinkedIn Page.
ORIMS Members will receive RRP event communications via the ORIMS Mailing List.

Connect with professionals both in your industry through web-based e-groups and with all member risk professionals in North America. RIMS is the leading organization of risk professionals in the world with members in North America and Japan.
By becoming a member of RIMS you also join the Ontario chapter, the largest in Canada. National RIMS Membership
ORIMS RRP Members can also join RIMS at the national level. National RIMS provides discounted membership for certain Rising Risk Professionals, such as those under the age of 26 years.
National RIMS membership provides a variety of exclusive benefits such as preferential pricing on events and educational offerings, exclusive access to RIMS content, and additional networking opportunities.
Volunteer with Orims RRP Network
Volunteering with the ORIMS RRP Network is a great way to form lasting relationships with peers and mentors through collaborative work. Volunteering may include assisting with ORIMS RRP or ORIMS events.
Volunteering is a great way to enhance on-the-job skills such as project management, organization, leadership and mentorship.
